I love a good magazine.
I love to be inspired by beautiful photography and carefully crafted articles.
A couple of months ago I came across the on line publication - 91 Magazine.
And I was blown away...
Emailed it to all my friends, urging them to spend some quality time reading a true beauty.
It has the wonderful mix of recipes, stunning interiors, crafts, vintage and days out.
I loved it.
Caroline who is behind 91 Magazine has kindly allowed me to share an excerpt from my favourite article in Issue 3 with you... I do hope you love it as much as me.

Wild Once More.
From floral patterns having a starring role on the runway season after season, to the delicate blooms taking center stage on the crockery at Copenhagen’s famous restaurant, Noma, it’s safe to say that flowers are always en vogue. But the latest trend we’ve got our eye on is a wild one.
Springing up everywhere from the Chelsea Flower Show (Royal Bank of Canada’s 2011 New Wild garden) and haphazard brides’ bouquets (think Junkaholique and Style Me Pretty), it seems like wildflowers are having a bit of a moment. Even Nana’s crystalised violets and dandelion and burdock soda are having a revival with their retro reputation.
One examples of how to use wildflower is to add them to a salad! Yes indeed! Certain wildflower varieties are edible, and will make for a very pretty salad.

Summer Flower Salad with Dandelion Dressing
• Combine rocket leaves with lambs lettuce for a delicate salad and top with borage, nasturtiums and carnations for a peppery taste with a soft, cucumbery scent.
• For the dressing, combine extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar with agave nectar and horseradish mustard to taste. Season with salt and pepper, and add small dandelion buds (as they get larger, the flavour becomes more bitter) before tossing through the salad.
(When eating flowers, remember that not all specimens are edible. Pesticides put garden centre specimens firmly off limits. Forage only from wild settings free from chemicals & human interference, or grow your own with organic soils and lots of care and love.)
Find more recipes and craft projects in the latest issue of 91 Magazine. You will be out foraging for your next batch of these delicate blooms before you know it!

Lovely isn't it?
Thank you Caroline for allowing me to share it.
These beautiful flowers now brings me nicely onto a new weekly subject I will be writing about.
As you know I am inspired by the natural world... plant's in particular.
I love having an allotment and consider myself lime green fingered...
So starting from tomorrow I will be posting a find, an image of beautiful plants and flowers in homes, called Nature in the Home.
I do hope you like it.. and I do hope you will be inspired and join in too.
